Holiday Mini Sessions Round Three

Over the past three weekends I have building towards to the inevitable. The craziness that is my life  right now will continue until the last image has been processed. I feel like I am editing in my sleep – I only wish I could.

There is part of me that is happy that November is coming to a close. This has been without a doubt my most successful month. I am thrilled and exhausted all in the same. There seems to be no end to the amount of hats I can juggle when forced to do so. My own mother has always told me that if you want to get something done give the task to a busy mom.

Life in my house has marched forward as usual in spite of the happenings within the studio. We have managed to get to school on time, I have not forgotten to pick anyone up, skating and dance are happening as usual and supper has been served (almost daily). That being said, my days run from the time my alarm goes off at 6:30am until I enter my hushed house in the wee hours of the morning and grab my own 40 winks. The pace has been frantic and fun and I so appreciate everyone’s patience.

This past week I will finally able to get my own girls into the studio – truth be told I pulled my kindergartener out of school early in order to accomplish this. Desperate times…
