So, I’ve been a little MIA in the blogging department lately, but for good reason. These past few weeks have been jam packed with road trips, much needed family fun, a couple of weddings, my first half marathon, and even a few adult shenanigans (to which I did not bring my camera and should never be spoken of again). Phewf! I’m exhausted, but the sun was shining and, my goodness, did we make hay.
I’d like to send a big thank you to Bill and Debbie Elliott for having us at their beautiful cabin in Shuswap. Debbie recently celebrated a milestone birthday and yes that is her tearing it up on the wake board. Also, to the Scramstad family, thank you for letting us horn in on your family vacation, for without you supplying me with a plug for my Kurieg, Craig never would have gotten me to go “camping” with two little girls.
Now here we are ladies and gentlemen – the days are getting shorter and the mornings a little colder. Bring on the boots and sweaters – I’m ready for fall. I will spare you the Christmas countdown as I hum a little carol to myself.
